Credits Toward an MBA with Concentration in Human Performance Technology

Human Performance Technology delivers analysis of present and desired levels of performance, identifies the causes for performance gaps, offers a wide range of interventions to improve performance, guides the change management process, and evaluates results.

Excelsior College has reviewed and approved several educational programs offered by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) toward the 9 graduate credits required for this concentration.

ISPI Educational Programs
