General Fees

Undergraduate Fees Description
Admission Application $80 Preliminary review of transcripts and training credits. Review includes projected outline of remaining degree requirements.
Enrollment Fee $1015 Official evaluation of transfer credits, academic advisement, and academic program planning for the first year.
Student Services Fee $485‡ Library services, academic advising, evaluation of transfer credit, and academic program planning.
Graduation Fee $495 Final review and processing of student records for degree conferral and issuance of diploma.

‡The increased student service fee will be billed to those currently enrolled whose Service Expiration date is after July 1, 2012.

Nursing and Excelsior College® Examination Fees

The following fees shown are for the exams only. Other associated expenses such as books and study resources, or travel, lodging, or providing any required documentation or background checks, are additional.

Excelsior College® Examinations (ECEs)

The cost ECEs depend upon their assigned credit values.

  • 3-credit exams: $305 per exam
  • 6-credit exams: $415 per exam

Nursing Exams

The costs of the required AS in nursing exams are as follows:

  • Nursing Theory Exams: $305 per exam
  • Focused Clinical Competencies Assessment (FCCA®): $330 for the entire FCCA 
  • Clinical Performance in Nursing Examination (CPNE®): $2145
