Description: The examination measures knowledge and understanding of material typically taught in a one-semester course in juvenile delinquency. The content of the examination is drawn from that commonly included in courses with such titles as Juvenile Delinquency and Juvenile Delinquency and Justice. The examination assumes a familiarity with sociology, psychology, and research methodology. The examination tests for a knowledge of facts and terminology, an understanding of concepts and theories, and the student's ability to apply this knowledge and understanding in an analysis of contemporary issues. Effective July 1st 2014 – Pearson VUE will charge a test administration fee when you schedule your appointment to test, additional fees apply for phone transactions (scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling). You will pay $50 USD to take two-hour exams and $60 USD to take three-hour exams.
