This MBA foundation examination measures the student's knowledge of material covered in the MBA program's foundational course in Finance (BUS 505). The exam focuses on balancing finance, marketing, and operating decisions for doing business in a multi-currency environment. The exam is also designed to assess the basic role of finance in a corporation and how management decisions are made from the finance perspective. By passing this foundation exam, the corresponding Finance course (BUS 505) requirement is waived for the enrolled MBA student. However, credits WILL NOT be awarded.
