In his capacity as executive vice president and regional president of the Capital Region for HSBC Bank, Mr. Vertucci was responsible for the management and direction of the bank’s consumer and commercial business in the greater Albany, New York, area and the Hudson Valley region to the New Jersey border. Formerly known locally as Marine Midland Bank, HSBC is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. He served most recently as senior vice president with Cayuga Bank, Auburn, New York.

Mr. Vertucci has served as a board member for the Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Poughkeepsie Partnership, Boy Scouts of America, Twin Rivers Council, and the New York State Museum Institute. He was also a member of the Russell Sage President’s Council.
