Military Student Registration

Active duty Army soldiers must register for courses and obtain TA authorization through GoArmyEd.

Navy Sailors awaiting Navy Tuition Assistance Approval follow these procedures.

All other active duty military servicemembers may register for courses online.

• Please have the control number from your completed Tuition Assistance (TA) form on hand, because you will need this to complete the online registration process.
• You will then need to mail, fax, or email a scanned copy of the tuition assistance form to Excelsior College within four calendar days in order to complete your course registration.
• If the completed TA form is not received within four calendar days, your registration will be voided.

Late Registration and Tuition Assistance

If you are registering late for a course, and are using tuition assistance, your approved TA needs to be submitted no later than noon on the Friday of the first week of class.

Self Pay

If you are in the military and choose to self-pay for your course tuition using a credit card, you may register for your course(s) online. However, you will not be eligible to receive tuition assistance reimbursement from the Military for any course you self-pay.
