5. Private Education Loan Applicant Self-Certification (PDF) – complete online, save, and email or download, complete, and fax this form to Excelsior College.*

You will be notified via email when each document has been received and scanned into your record.

After you withdraw, graduate, or drop below half-time attendance (regardless if you plan to transfer to another school), regulations require that you complete an exit counseling interview (PDF) to help guide you in managing your stude nt loans after college.
