    • Survey Courses in World History, such as:

  • U.S. History
    Minimum 2 courses, intermediate and upper level courses, such as:
    • U.S. Military History
    • Colonial America
    • Revolutionary America
    • African American History
    • A History of Women in America
    • U.S. Immigrant and Ethnic History
    • U.S. Foreign Affairs since 1898
    • United States Civil War
  • European History
    Minimum 2 courses, intermediate and upper-level courses, such as:
    • Contemporary European History and Politics
    • Holocaust
  • Non-Western History
    Minimum 1 course, intermediate and upper-level courses, such as:
    • Contemporary Middle East History
    • Contemporary Chinese History and Politics
    • U.S. - Vietnam War
  • Electives, additional courses from areas 2, 3, 4 above.

Bachelor of Arts option: Minimum of 120 credits: 90 credits (30 in upper level) in arts and sciences and 30 credits in applied professional courses, additional arts and sciences courses or a combination of both. 33 of the 120 credits must be in the major subject (18 upper level), including a 3-credit capstone course. Bachelor of Science optionMinimum of 120 credits: 60 credits (21 in upper level) in arts and sciences and 60 credits (9 in upper level) in applied professional courses, additional arts and sciences courses or a combination of both. 33 of the 120 credits must be in the major subject (18 upper level), including a 3-credit capstone course.
