Finding a Test Site
Find a CPNE® test site in the Regional Performance Assessment Center (RPAC) most convenient to you:
- Midwestern Performance Assessment Center (MPAC) – Texas and Wisconsin test sites
- Northern Performance Assessment Center (NPAC) – New York and Pennsylvania test sites
- Southern Performance Assessment Center (SPAC) – Georgia test sites
Keep these details in mind:
- Choosing multiple test sites within an RPAC may decrease your wait time.
- At some test sites you will need to walk distances as some Skills Labs and pediatric patient populations may be in another building. If walking is a concern for you, inquire with the RPAC you are scheduling with regarding this.
- Directions to your test site facilities and information about hotel and lodging accommodations near your test site are included in the confirmation materials you will receive after you are scheduled.
- You will need to make all lodging and travel arrangements yourself.
- Arrive the day before the first day of testing to avoid missing the exam in the event of travel delays.

Meriter Hospital, Madison, WI
Meriter Hospital is a community facility of 448 beds located in a residential area, bordering the University of Wisconsin campus. The hospital is known regionally for its progressive nursing department, which uses a collaborative practice model. Madison is the state capital and home to the University of Wisconsin. Situated between two lakes, the city has a population of 210,000 and is said to have more bicycles per capita than any other city in the United States.

St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center is one of Madison, Wisconsin's outstanding community hospitals and has 440 beds. It is located in a residential area, bordered by Madison's rivers at 707 South Park Street. Serving south-central Wisconsin since 1912, St. Mary's offers a wide variety of health and wellness services. A full range of inpatient and outpatient treatment and diagnostic services in primary care and nearly all specialties is available. Albany Medical Center Hospital, Albany, NY
Albany Medical Center (AMC) is a 734-bed tertiary care center serving the eastern New York and western New England regions. It offers comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services including medicine, surgery, ambulatory care, care for the elderly, women's and children's services, neonatal intensive care, rehabilitation, and medical imaging. Albany is the state capital. The Albany/Schenectady area is centrally located in New York State and can be accessed by air, train, bus, or car. The area boasts a wide range of cultural events, historical sites, and sporting activities. While in the Albany area, you are welcome to visit Excelsior College.

Faxton-St. Lukes Healthcare is a 372-bed licensed acute care not-for-profit organization, which offers many Centers of Excellence and Primary Care sites and plays a role in The Mohawk Valley Heart Institute. This facility is committed to deliver accessible, quality healthcare to the community.
Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, PA
It is the doctors, nurses, and support staff who make Chambersburg Hospital the place to go for health care. It has top-notch technology that ranks with the very best. This 240-bed, non-profit, general and acute care community hospital is also one of the "Best Places to Work" in Pennsylvania. It is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO). It is located in Franklin County, in south central PA very near the Maryland state line and has many historical sites including Gettysburg, PA. Chambersburg has its own history from the Revolutionary War period. This facility provides a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services including but not limited to medicine, surgery, ambulatory care, birthing center, pediatrics and behavioral health services. Chambersburg is home to a number of educational facilities, Wilson College among them, and has easy accessible travel options including air and automobile. It sits immediately off Interstate Route 81 and just an hour drive south-southwest of Harrisburg, the capital city of Pennsylvania. There are a wide range of historic sites to visit so, while in the area plan a day or two extra to visit.
New York Hospital Queens (NYQ), Flushing, NY
New York Hospital Queens, is a 519-bed acute, tertiary care facility. The hospital offers a full spectrum of sophisticated diagnostic and surgical procedures for inpatients and outpatients. However, the hospital continuously adds new clinical programs and earns recognition from patients, physicians and rating agencies for its centers of excellence. In 2007, the hospital was named to the national Thomson 100 list of Performance Improvement Leaders in the major teaching hospital category. Staff members at New York Hospital Queens, who serve one of the most culturally diverse populations in the nation, care for patients in a manner that addresses the borough's distinctive cultural differences.

St. Peter's Hospital a member of St Peter's Health Partners is a 500-bed voluntary, not-for-profit acute care teaching hospital. It offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services including medicine, surgery, ambulatory care, care for the elderly, women's and children's services, neonatal intensive care, rehabilitation, and medical imaging. In 2005 and 2009 St Peter's was designated as a Magnet Recognition of Excellence in Nursing Service from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) of the American Nurses Association. Also received Accreditation for Cardiovascular Excellence for the percutaneous coronary intervention. Albany is the state capital. Upstate University Hospital is part of SUNY Upstate Medical University and is the only academic medical center in central New York. Academic medical centers are built around medical schools and research missions. This 409-bed facility offers general medical and surgical care, pediatric, and maternity services. Upstate University Hospital has long held the distinction of caring for among the most seriously ill and injured in the state. It is a Level-I trauma center and has the region's only children's hospital.

Southern Regional Medical Center, Riverdale, GA
Southern Regional Medical Center is a 331-bed full-service hospital managed by Emory Healthcare. Southern Regional serves the south Atlanta region and is recognized for the quality of care provided. It is a leader in neurologic, heart & vascular, bariatric, and women's healthcare services. Southern Regional is located in an area near the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport.
Grady Memorial Hospital, Atlanta, GA
Grady Memorial Hospital, a part of the Grady Health System, is the largest hospital in Georgia and is the public hospital for Atlanta. Grady is a 953-bed regional level I trauma center. It is renowned for its burn center, trauma services, and diabetes and family planning clinics. Located in downtown Atlanta near the Georgia State University and the Georgia State Capitol where southern hospitality abounds. Atlanta offers a great year-round climate and a broad array of cultures, food, education, entertainment, and sports. Pediatric services are provided at the affiliated Hughes Spalding Children's Hospital across the street.
The city is served by the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, one of the largest in the United States, and is accessible via Interstates 85, 75, and 20.

Memorial Health University Medical Center, Savannah, GA
Memorial Hospital is a 654-bed tertiary care hospital located in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Memorial University Medical Center is part of the Memorial Health System, a two-state healthcare organization, serving a 35-county area in southeast Georgia and South Carolina. The hospital includes the region's only level I trauma center and the region's only children's hospital. In addition, the hospital has earned prestigious local, regional, and national accolades.

Northside Hospital is a 537-bed, not-for-profit, full-service community hospital located in Atlanta, Georgia. Northside offers a range of care including: surgery, cancer care, women's services, emergency care, outpatient services and behavioral health services.
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta - Scottish Rite
Located near Northside Hospital, Children's at Scottish Rite offers services including an Emergency department and a comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation unit.
