Will graduated from Excelsior College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. He then earned a Master’s of Science in Library and Information Science degree from the University of North Texas in 2009 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Information Science. Will serves as the director of the Decision Support Department at the University of North Texas, where he is responsible for operations and leadership, providing analytic tools and resources that aid in the decision-making process, including business intelligence, data warehousing and academic analytics. He is also a teaching/research assistant in its College of Information, Department of Library Science. He is an active participant in the business intelligence and data warehousing communities and has served as an executive board member for the Higher Education Data Warehousing Forum (HEDW) 2009-2011 and has been recognized by IBM for exceptional contributions to the Information Management community with the IBM Information Champion designation in 2010 and 2011.
