Bob Frederick, Director of Career and Employment Services – Schenectady County Community College
Bob has directed the career service operations for Schenectady County Community College since 1994, and provides private career coaching and corporate training programs as founder of Employee Development Associates. Over his 25 years of experience, he has guided over 10,000 clients and has learned from businesses about the qualifications and expectations they seek in job candidates.
