Albany, N.Y. (August 17, 2011) – Excelsior College today announced a new addition to the Master of Business Administration program, a concentration in Leadership. Courses required within the concentration will focus on conflict management, change management, leadership, and contingency planning.

Excelsior College’s Master of Business Administration is framed to increase academic understanding of business topics, improve career prospects, and expand individual horizons. Students can capitalize upon their existing work-based knowledge while engaging in a process of reflective learning. The program equips successful students to further their careers through enhanced knowledge, understanding, and application of leadership principles in the business environment.
