While most count age in years, Tom Dalton, 54, could just as easily use miles. Over the past forty years, Excelsior’s assistant vice president of Enrollment Management has logged an estimated 120,000 of payment on the skids of his sneakers since he started racing competitively at the age of 14.

The top-ranked over 40 masters cross country runner in America by USA Track and Field the past five years, Tom was profiled over the holiday weekend by a local news organization here in Albany, New York.
