Check off as you complete tasks, assignments, reach goals, etc.

Organize your computer for course materials (create folders).
Consider joining a study group—use MyExcelsior Community (login required) located on the Excelsior College Web site.
Write assignments and message board postings in Word first.
Be careful how messages are phrased so they are not misinterpreted by others.
Access your online course five days before it officially begins.
