This webinar was presented by Patrick Osborne. Patrick is a skilled IT professional with over 30 years of experience. He has designed and implemented several nationwide projects and has worked in a variety of technology roles throughout his career. Patrick is currently the Principal of Outhaul Consulting, LLC and provides CIO and CISO consulting services to businesses in the DC metro area. He is an instructor at NCI and other educational facilities in the area, where he teaches the CISSP course and several other security related courses.

Patrick was the Senior Vice President of IT for the American Association of Airport Executives for 15 years. He established one of the largest civilian biometric clearinghouses for the aviation community. He is named in a patent for an interactive training system deployed at nearly 80 airports worldwide.Patrick helped the association spin off one of their departments into a for profit entity. He was the CIO of that organization and established several state wide biometric programs for the FBI. He also worked with the federal government to start the first national program for the identification and safety of airline passengers. Besides his CISSP, Patrick is a certified SCRUM Master and has a degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Florida.
