Scheduled System Downtime
On Saturday, May 20th, the University will conduct a scheduled system downtime. The downtime will commence at 8am and end near 6pm EST. During this time, certain systems and pages will be unavailable. This includes:
- Excelsior University Library
- MyExcelsior (You can still access your courses directly through Canvas at: excelsior.instructure.com)
- Faculty Connects and other faculty/staff-facing websites
- Course catalog page on website
- Technical Support will also be unavailable as our phone and ticketing system will also be unavailable during this time
