DIRECTRICES SOBRE LA TRANSFERENCIA DE CRÉDITOS

The Master of Science in Management is a professional degree intended for those who desire to advance their career in business, nonprofit, military, or government sector. This interdisciplinary program focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, change management, global business environment, and conflict management to enable the participant to build a strong foundation to qualify for an organizational leadership or management role.  

 Program concentrations include: 

  • NEGOCIOS GENERALES
  •  Human Resource Management 
  • Organizational Leadership 

 A minimum of thirty (30) credits are needed for completion of the Master of Science in Management and a maximum of (15) credits are allowed in transfer.

All courses MUST be completed with a minimum grade of B or higher.

BUS 698 MSM Capstone El curso debe completarse con la Universidad Excelsior para cumplir el requisito. 3

Choose ONE of the following concentrations. All courses MUST be completed with a minimum grade of B or higher.

BUS 517 Dotación de personal y desarrollo de los empleados Recommended Excelsior course, but other course options are available to meet the requirement. 3
IND 522 Leading High Performing Teams Recommended Excelsior course, but other course options are available to meet the requirement. 3
BUS 554 Gestión del cambio Recommended Excelsior course, but other course options are available to meet the requirement. 3
