Danielle Coats, BS ‘95

Danielle Coats of Slidell, Louisiana, is a global educator and systems strategist whose work explores the intersection of human development, systems thinking, adaptive learning, and intercultural engagement. With more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, organizational development, business operations, and international facilitation, she specializes in interdisciplinary learning design, communication, leadership development, and systems-oriented approaches to human adaptation within complex global environments.

She is the developer of the Quantum Self-Reclamation System™ (QSRS™), an interdisciplinary framework examining the recursive relationships among worldview, identity, engagement, and adaptive human development. Her current research and professional interests include systems approaches to human development, organizational learning, agile collaboration, and human-centered AI integration.

Coats has taught and facilitated learning across the United States, Asia, and online global environments through institutions including Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Hult International Business School, and Concordia University Irvine. Prior to her work in education, she spent more than two decades in business operations, systems management, and organizational development across telecommunications, logistics, real estate, and educational publishing. She also served six years in the United States Navy in information systems and operations support, where she developed a strong foundation in systems administration, leadership, and adaptive problem-solving.

She earned a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Change and a Master of Education in Leadership and Change from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Science in Business Management from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Excelsior University. Coats also holds certifications in Agile Project Management and Transformative Coaching.
