The Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA), enacted in 2008, requires institutions participating in Federal Student Aid to disclose institutional information for current and future students. The information on the regulatory transparency page is intended to cover the HEOA requirements. The following HEOA items are not applicable to Excelsior University:
