Camille Dumont recently joined Excelsior University as the associate director for career readiness, bringing over a decade of experience in higher education leadership, career services, and program development. In her new role, she focuses on equipping students—particularly online adult learners—with the tools and resources needed for successful career transitions.
Throughout her career, Camille has led large-scale initiatives to enhance career services, improve student engagement, and foster cross-departmental collaboration. She has worked extensively with academic advisors, student support teams, and external partners to align career readiness with institutional goals. Camille’s experience spans curriculum development for career preparation courses, professional coaching, and managing continuing education programs.
She holds the Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) credential, reinforcing her commitment to excellence in career development.
