Partnerships

Excelsior University awards college credit for completion of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy toward associate and bachelor’s degree programs and has conducted a special faculty evaluation of the Academy toward master’s degree programs, including the MS in Management with concentrations in Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management, or General Business Management. The NCVEC serves as the central location for tuition assistance processing and online education services. The NCVEC is staffed with education counselors who can assist with selecting a pathway to reach career goals, establishing an education plan, and securing Navy Tuition Assistance.

Have all official transcripts, proficiency tests, and other documents sent directly to Excelsior from your previous college or university, a testing agency, or an education office. Have them sent to:

Speak with your counselor to find out which programs will support your career goals and make the most of your transfer credits, training, and prior learning.

Complete the application.

Work with your counselor to get registered for your first course.

After choosing a course with your counselor, complete a TA application through your branch of service and register through Excelsior by using our tuition assistance process.
