Foundations of Assessment: From Theory to Practice
Joe Levy, Excelsior University associate vice provost for accreditation and quality improvement, co-wrote the book “Foundations of Assessment: From Theory to Practice.” In the work, assessment experts Levy and Natasha Jankowski thoughtfully explore assessment across both academic and student affairs, highlighting equitable strategies to demonstrate the transformative potential of assessment to enhance student learning outcomes, support institutional decision-making, and ensure continuous quality improvement in higher education.
