Transfer Credit Guidelines

The Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology focuses on preparing students for technical positions in the nuclear industry. The program is designed to advance job skills by ensuring a breadth of knowledge in nuclear engineering technology concepts. The program emphasizes the practical applications of engineering technology principles related to the nuclear industry. The program provides students with knowledge in reactor operations, health physics, quality assurance, chemistry, and instrumentation and control related to the nuclear engineering technology field.

A minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) credits including 60 credits in Arts & Sciences and 30 credits at the upper level are needed for completion of the Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology program in the following distribution areas:
