When Generations Connect: Navigating Generational Dynamics

October 27 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT

To commemorate Intergenerational Month, Excelsior University’s Center for Social Justice and the Age and Generational Diversity Rope Team will host a conversation with Kelly Brinkman of BridgeWorks, a leading voice in generational insights. Titled “When Generations Connect: Navigating Generational Dynamics,” the session promises to be an engaging discussion on the importance of understanding and embracing generational differences in the workplace.

In this talk, Brinkman will explore the unique attitudes, values, and work styles of four distinct generations collaborating side by side. You’ll learn how to identify what motivates each generation, break down barriers, and harness collective strengths. Brinkman will also dispel stereotypes and provide actionable solutions to effectively engage every generation, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered, valued, and understood.

Brinkman is a renowned speaker and expert in generational inclusion, with more than two decades of public speaking experience and a background in education. Driven by her commitment to fostering connection and passion in the workplace, Brinkman continues to inspire and empower audiences to make a positive impact in their workplaces and communities.
