Please review the instructions carefully and gather the materials necessary to complete your application to take the CPNE. Please review all learning resources available prior to confirming your date. Information on payment and fees can be found on the Exams Scheduling and Payment page. The CPNE will only be offered until December 19, 2021. You must successfully complete both the NSL and PCS portions prior to that date to meet your program requirements.
Gather the following documents to submit with the CPNE application:
- Health Status Report
- Infection Control Practices Documentation
- Photo Identification
- Confidentiality Form
- Criminal Background Check
