Description

This course is intended to help you understand the theory of auditing, including the educational and ethical qualifications for auditors, as well as the role of the auditor in the American economy. By the end of the course, you should be familiar with the professional standards, professional ethics, and the legal liability of auditors. As a manger, you should be able to effectively plan and design an audit program, gather and summarize evidence, and evaluate internal controls.
