Description

This course is an introduction to pathophysiology. Students will describe abnormal physiologic functions and disruptions to individuals across the lifespan. They will identify genetic, developmental, cultural, and environmental influences on health and illness. They will also recognize subjective and objective assessment findings of selected pathological processes. Finally, students will examine the interrelatedness of body systems in pathophysiologic processes
