BUS515 Labor Relations and Conflict Resolution
Description
This course focuses on strategies and skills of managing the relationships between unions, workers and employers. Specifically, the course examines the history of collective bargaining, the legislation supporting the process, and the philosophical positions of unions and employers. This course also introduces a range of conflict resolution approaches, with a primary emphasis on negotiation, mediation and advocacy.
