Description

The quality of an organization's leadership is crucial to its success, whether it be at the team, department, or organizational level. How is successful leadership integrated throughout the organization? Students will be introduced to an integrated view of the organization. Students will learn how to drive change, innovation, and growth in an organization, including during an economic recession. This course integrates DEI in all aspects of leadership. Furthermore, we address leadership in distributed workplaces.
