Description

This course is a study of the process of change and change management that focuses on the necessity of change in today's globally competitive environment, the type and manner of change taking place within organizations, and identifying the key challenges and opportunities associated with each type of change. This course uses macro and microanalysis and tools to identify the need for change, along with the management skills and styles, communication patterns, and force-field and gap analysis that are utilized to facilitate the implementation of change within an organization. Finally, this course assesses the human and economic factors in organizational change and restructuring.
