Description

This intensive course provides students with an overview of current issues that impact the delivery of health services. Health care managers must be aware of the threats and opportunities present in todays health care environment. During this course, students will investigate current trends and critical issues that have emerged in the early 21st century and will explore ways in which health care systems can respond to these changes in the external environment.
