Description

This course examines how neurons work individually and together to enable behavior, feelings, and thoughts. The structures and functions of the nervous system are examined to provide the biological bases of behavioral development, perception, learning, memory, cognition, motivation, language, sleep, and psychological disorders. The concepts learned in this course can be applied to any health science or human service career. Note: This course uses a lower cost interactive webtext instead of textbooks.
