TECH230 Technology and Society
Description
This course considers technological change and its effect on human needs and concerns. A range of current technological innovations are explored in terms of intended and unintended consequences. Attention is given to ethical and social dilemmas framing technological change. Upon completion, students should be able to critically evaluate the implications of technology upon society.
