All legal documents must be personally served on employees working in Excelsior University’s Office of General Counsel. No other office or employee is authorized to accept service of legal process.

Service directed to Excelsior University, the Board of Trustees and current employees, in their official capacities, must be delivered in person (by appointment only) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays to the address listed below:
