Dr. Michael Verro is the Senior Faculty Program Director for the undergraduate programs in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security and Emergency management. He holds a PhD from Walden University in Professional Psychology and and MA from St. Michael's College in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Verro began his career as a police officer for the Burlington Police Department before transitioning into academia. He currently serves as the Vice President for the Criminal Justice Educators Association of New York State (CJEANYS) and frequently presents on topics related to criminal justice and homeland security.
