Quarter 1 (July-Sept) 2nd Saturday in September
Quarter 2 (Oct-Dec) No quarterly downtime
Quarter 3 (Jan-Mar) 3rd Saturday in March
Quarter 4 (Apr-Jun) 3rd Saturday in May
