President’s Guard
Retired Maj. Gen. John Andonie, Excelsior University School of Business faculty, published an article in National Guard Magazine titled “President’s Guard.” Andonie, who commanded the District of Columbia National Guard from September 2023 to August 2025, traces the D.C.
