Public Service Application Requirements
Before you apply, check that you meet the requirements for the program you want to pursue at Excelsior University.
UNDERGRADUATE
No special admission requirements.
GRADUATE
The GMAT isn’t required, but you’ll need to submit an official transcript confirming your completion of a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent graduate-level degree at an institutionally accredited college or university, or the international equivalent, at the time of attendance.

You can submit your official transcripts from regionally accredited institutions or their equivalent for transfer credit consideration.
