  • Issues with your instructor (i.e. instructor not responding to inquiries)
  • Questions about course navigation
  • Operational issues within Turnitin
  • End of course grade appeals
  • Requests to take capstone earlier in degree program
  • Requests to take more credits per term or trimester than allowed per policy
  • Questions about policies related to your course (i.e. the late policy, instructor participation)
  • Questions about when you can expect your instructor to get back to you
  • General frustrations and complaints about your course
  • Broken links
  • Obtaining a copy of an old syllabus for your courses
  • Status updates on appeals
  • Questions about appeals to policies and exceptions to procedures
  • Textbook questions including access codes
  • Questions about course extensions
