- Issues with your instructor (i.e. instructor not responding to inquiries)
- Questions about course navigation
- Operational issues within Turnitin
- End of course grade appeals
- Requests to take capstone earlier in degree program
- Requests to take more credits per term or trimester than allowed per policy
- Questions about policies related to your course (i.e. the late policy, instructor participation)
- Questions about when you can expect your instructor to get back to you
- General frustrations and complaints about your course
- Broken links
- Obtaining a copy of an old syllabus for your courses
- Status updates on appeals
- Questions about appeals to policies and exceptions to procedures
- Textbook questions including access codes
- Questions about course extensions
